From Naples to Your Street
'Fire & Flour Pizzeria started with a clear vision: to bring true Neapolitan pizza to New York. Established by the Bianchi family in 1987, our pizzeria began as a small, family-run spot using recipes passed down through generations.
Luca Bianchi, our founder, mastered the craft of pizza-making while traveling across Italy, training with master pizzaiolos in Naples—the birthplace of pizza. After returning to the UK, she set out to recreate the magic of authentic Italian pizza, using traditional methods and the finest ingredients.
What started as a cozy 12-seat eatery has become a beloved neighborhood staple, yet our dedication to quality and authenticity remains unchanged. We still rely on wood-fired oven techniques, make our dough fresh every day, and select the highest-quality ingredients we can source.
Today, 'Fire & Flour Pizzeria remains family-owned and operated, with the next generation of the Bianchi family now guiding our passionate team. While we've adopted a few modern touches, our core promise is the same: crafting delicious, authentic pizza that brings people together.
